Had a good experience at Hampton Inn. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Taylor Brazalovics was especially helpful and accommodating which was greatly appreciated. Will use Hampton Inn again.
Not a Usual Hampton Booking.
Kinda weird. Tried to book through hotel directly which I prefer. Ended up with some central booking which not only billed us immediately but also was a nonrefundable booking which was not a normal experience with Hampton. And they told me they were from that Hampton Hotel. Also pricier than it should have been according to the Middleton Hampton front desk when we finally got there. Not a usual Hampton experience and feel Middleton Hampton might want to follow up with their booking agency. Once there in Middletown, everything was fine.
A great hotel and was very nice people took very good care of us and the place was very clean.
We was very pleased with the hotel and the room everything was very clean want a great stay for two days this was are second visit and we will be back.
Excellent service and comfortable bed.

When booking I read the reviews that gave high rating to their breakfast menu. I chose this hotel because of that and the fact that it is dog friendly. I may have missed somewhere on website that there is a $75.00 dollar charge for your pet on top of room charge.
The breakfast was far from being good. Fruit was overripe, sausage and eggs were warm at best and tasteless. Overall very disappointed in breakfast.

The property was exceptionally clean, and the room had a fresh, pleasant scent. The environment was good and conducive to rest, with minimal noise throughout my stay. The staff demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy. Additionally, the convenient location—directly across from Walmart—added to the overall positive experience. I would gladly choose to stay here again on future visits to Ohio.
