Very impressed with the staff here polite, hardworking, notice when things need to be done. And our room was clean, breakfast was great w hearty and healthy options. 10/10.

We stay at Hampton inns often and found this one very pleasant. Even though it was next to I-95 it was very quiet. the public area and our room were clean, The staff was friendly and helpful

Upon arrival at the property, I was given a room on the 1st floor. The room had an unpleasant, mold/mildew odor and they informed me that they couldn’t accommodate me. How could an establishment still accept guest knowing they have a mold problem. There are plenty of fans in the hallway so it is obvious that there is a problem going on in the hotel.

All the Staff were very professional and very kind. Especially Elly at the front desk. The first room we were given had a very bad odor like ammonia smell so Elly gave us another room. It still had a damp smell to it but not nearly as bad as the first room. I noticed the bathroom had no fan to ventilate the steam from shower. Upon further look around, there was black mold near the bathroom door about a six inch swath. I bought disinfectant spray to mitigate some of the smell and mold. Its a shame that the Staff are so very nice but the hotel they support is not in great condition. I heard that they are building a new hotel so they arent putting any money into this old one. Hang in there Elly and Team- you all are first rate professionals and the new hotel will suit your excellent customer service. PS: The breakfasts were exceptional and the food service lady was so sweet and asked if things were ok for us. Again, great staff!
