Beautiful New Hotel!
I’m usually a five star hotel type of person but when it comes to having to do things by the convention, we want to be close. Hampton exceeded my expectations! Everything was clean, worked great, great breakfast, great staff, highly recommend.

So refreshing to stay at the clean hotel, good breakfast and Tesla chargers are a bonus.

Decent Room
A good room with a good bed. The TV unfortunately shows all programming at 60 fps, making old classic movies look like poor video productions.

The room is freezing because the air and heat are not working and wont be fixed until 2 days from now. They said there are no more rooms available and they are out of space heaters. All they are willing to offer is some extra blankets. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We were in town for a volleyball tournament and it was freezing in our room. The heater in our room was out and we checked another room on the same floor and it was also out as well. They had to move us to another floor at 1030 pm.

The hotel was clean and inviting. The lobby was decorated very nicely for the Christmas season. The breakfast was convenient when traveling with my children.
