The staff is friendly and helpful. The amenities were excellent and the closet and bathroom were large enough.

The reception staff at the front desk was very friendly. We had questions which she was very knowledgibe and helpful with. Room was okay.

I arranged a stay at the Hampton Inn in Elko for the cowboy poetry gathering. He said the bed was very comfortable and really liked the desk and spacious room and he got a lot of work done. He sent a photo of the room, and it was so clean, modern and well appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful.
