Amanda is very nice lady. She was pleasant, cheerful and very helpful. I've bee coming to the Hampton Inn for a number of years, a couple times per year. She recognized from my stay last year in December.
Very clean, all staff excellent.

Staff were professional and helpfu. Breakfast buffet was adequate for my needs. The king sized bed in my room was rather on the firm side, which made it somewhat uncomfortable. My only complaint is that the shower floor was not slip resistant (hotel provided a bathmat for which I question the cleanliness), and more concerning, there was mold between the shower door and the shower surface across the bottom of the glass doors. Also, shower grout was not clean (black in between several tiles). Otherwise, the property is serviceable and adquate on a budget.

We found a bed bug crawling on my sister, front desk was not helpful, even when I put the bug in a baggie and took it to the front desk. They did not re-imburse me for our inconvenience of not only leaving our room as soon as we found the bug so late at night, but having to throw away our luggage and clothing. I would not recommend staying there, took the manager 3 days to finally contact me.
