We are enjoying this hotel very much. Staff is friendly and hellful and hotel is very close tk downtown and the beautiful Barter theatre which we love. Thanks, ellen and harald.

We stayed one night and had an excellent stay. Checcin check out staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast staff, likewise. Accommodating and even prepared a special omelette for my daughter who is vegetarian. Nice pool and spa facility.

Called to cancel because I had booked VA instead of MD.
I booked this hotel thinking I had booked Hampton Inn in Abingdon MD. When I called to explain my mistake thinking Hampton Inn would transfer my reservation to Abingdon MD I was met with a no cancelation policy from Abingdon VA. Did not want to hear any excuses, just NO CANCELATION POLICY. Very disappointed in Hampton Inn at this point. An Honors Member should have been treated much differently and with more understanding. Not happy at all.
