Perfect Hotel Stay.
Our stay at this hotel was like staying at a family friend’s house. Everything was very clean very well maintained, parking lot, lobby and our room. The staff was very friendly and pleasant and helpful. We’ll be back soon I’m sure, I grew up in Conneaut.

Awesome front desk service. She was a lifesaver. My husband and I had checked out and left. Realized about an hour in our decent, I left my purse. Your front desk double checked for me to find my purse. I was so relieved.

Arriving after midnight, we were happy to be greeted by a smiling and friendly young woman at the desk. Our transition to our accessible room was easy. Breakfast was good -- plenty of choices.
The only thing we didn't like was the handheld shower. It was awkward to figure out (finally discovering there was a valve on the upper shower head that had to be turned to make the water flow to the handheld unit.)

It was a positive experience. The room and the staff were geeat. My granddaughter and I took full advantage of the pool which was clean and well kept. Ease of entry and exit for an older perseon.
