Everyone employed at the hotel was friendly and helpful. We stay here about once or twice a year and appreciate the staff and hotel's cleanliness.

Property has a lot of workers in the area that are depreciating the hotel. The don't dispose of their garbage! The property in desperate need of updating.

The staff at the Hampton Inn in Fishkill were amazing! A large group of family and friends were in town from Ireland to bury their brother. We came from Boston and stayed two nights for the funeral. The staff was friendly, professional & helpful. All staff were informed of the reason for our stay and gave condolences on our loss. It meant so much. The only problem was we could not book our two rooms online, we kept getting an error message. My son spent a long time on the phone with your customer service, used 4 different credit cards and nothing worked. I ended up having to book through hotels.com. It went through no problem. I still need to add my Hilton Rewards to this booking too. The front desk asked for my rewards but we were running to the wake. Rooms and common areas were very clean. Fishkill staff are an asset to your company.

As expected, clean room. Tv didn’t work as there was a weak signal.

We stayed two nights, had two rooms and neither was cleaned or updated between our stay. No new towels, no replacement coffee or cups, no one entered either room after we left for the day

The hotel itself is very clean. The decor is okay. The staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast options are some of the better ones in this class of hotels. There is something for everyone. Having a waffle maker with 2 batter options was a bonus. There are a few downsides to the location of the hotel. One is temporary: There's another hotel undergoing a remodel that you have to drive past to get to this hotel. They share a common entryway off the road. The second issue is that it's tucked in back of this hotel and was hard to find at first. And parking can be tight. Lastly, there are no outdoor grounds to enjoy. An upside to the location is there are restaurants just down the road. Some are within walking distance.
