I called 3 rimes to make sure that my 3 rooms where on the same floor or at least close to each other and that did not happen Also the wheelchair accesible room did not have any toliet paperhappen.

This was the absolute worst Hampton Inn I have ever stayed at. The room was noisy, my tv was broken, and my ceiling was leaking (I was on the top floor and it was raining out). It was not just a few drips. A huge area of the ceiling had water coming in. I woke up to the desk and all of my things soaked. The front desk staff did not seem at all concerned or apologetic and didn’t even offer extra points let alone any kind of compensation or refund.
