Staff was excellent !

Clean and quiet with an awesome breakfast.

Can't remember the lady's name, but she works the afternoon evening shift. She was incredibly helpful more than once. I almost always tip the ladies that clean the room and the lady that prepares the breakfast, but this is the first time I ever tipped a lady behind the check in counter.

Front desk clerks very nice.

There was a barking pit bull next door. Fortunately once it was bed time, he stopped barking. The hotel needs updating!

Everybody was excellent the front desk very helpful, but the Room was very dirty and smell old, beds very old sorry

The staff are very friendly and professional. We checked in at 3:00pm on 11 Apr 2026, while one employee was preparing to come on duty and another was getting ready to leave. Very nice young man and the sweetest lady, who treated us like family, did not try rush our check-in. The hotel front was very pleasing and clean. Breakfast was good. Enough variety. Cons: - Hard uncomfortable beds. Noisey. - Loose tile in the bathrooms. - Not a good water flow from the shower heads, even after multiple attempts to adjust. - Hotel listed a hot tub in the description, but we found out it had been filled in and tiled over. - Pool was listed as heated, but didnt feel as though it was. Please replace your American flag. It is extremely tattered and needs to be retired. This means a lot to your patriotic guests. Good place in a pinch.

Beds are a little hard, but staff and breakfast were fantastic!

Breakfast was great, staff were amazing. Could do with a refurb, but everything else was fine.

Elevators, aisle and rooms in very rough shape, super disappointed of this Hotel they need to close the doors and update everything. How you can put your customers into a safety hazard with the bathroom floor tile all broken and moving, someone can get cut and have a bad injury because of that negligent. I travel a lot and stayed in a lot of different hotels but this one OMG this has been the worst experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
