The lodging experience was good. Christy and Larry were very helpful.
However, the booking experience was terrible. I was under the impression that I would be making a reservation directly with the hotel; however I learned when I arrived that the reservation was made through a third party. This increased my bill over $150.00. I have unsuccessfully attempted to gain a refund of the overpayment. I've stayed at this hotel many times.

Every employee at Gallatin was kind, helpful and friendly. The hotel was spotless. Gallatin will always be our first choice!
