Nice stay in my room however, my hand soap was completely empty in bathroom, outlet by coffee didn’t work, roof in balcony leaked down-also signs of water damage, common areas could use deep cleaning especially the patio off the bar, mold growing around vents in dining area next to breakfast bar. Location was nice to beach, a bit of a far walk if you want to visit fishing pier. Balcony view of dolphins was nice and lovely view of the sunrise with the sandy beach and ocean just steps away; lots of eating options around the hotel, Nauticals sea food across the street was excellent and just a short walk to Murphy’s Irish Pub where you can chat with locals.

I love that its very close to the entertainment stage and Neptune statue. Very convenient for the venue that was happening during our stay. I didnt like that one of the doors to the stair case exit was not opening with my electric cars door opener. Huge inconvenience when taking my door out to potty and the elevators are jam packed. We like to take the stairs to avoid that elevator crowd and not being able to get back in the hotel to go back upstairs is a huge problem. We stay at this property everytime we come to the area. Both staircase door exit use to be key card accessible. Hopefully the property can get that figured out.

The parking charge is unacceptable. Further, there us a display which indicates "perks" for Hilton Honors members which is false. Members must pay for the drinks and snacks like non-members. The items on display are not perks. When I expressed my surprise at being charged, the assocuate was quite rude. Not used to this type of unprofessionalism at a Hilton.
