Super friendly staff, very clean hotel from the lobby to our rooms. The breakfast was fantastic, a big variety to choose from.

Food is buffet style….not so great. Don’t know what other reviewers are raving about.

I like that the hotel was conveniently located close to the freeway. The indoor pool was what I was looking for, so kids could have some swim time

The carpet in our room was so dirty looking. A bare hardwood flooring would have been better and most probably easier to clean for your staff.
Also, I wish you have a small cafe in the hotel for guests who wants to stay inside and order a meal.
But other than that, we like the Hampton Inn Union City whenever we come to visit our mom. Thanks

Clean, large size room with fridge and microwave; pet friendly; free breakfast; walking distance to supermarket, restaurants and theater. Everything we needed.

My stay was wonderful. My only complaint is that the glass shower doors were difficult to open and close in Room 313. Plus one of the elevators was inoperable and the remaining elevator was very slow. I stayed 3 nights and was surprised the other elevator hadn't been repaired. I work for a casino/resort in southern California and an inoperable elevator would have been fixed immediately. The front desk staff were so very nice and professional. I would stay here again.

I loved how friendly the staff was and the rooms are amazingly clean. Only downside was the lamp on my side of the room doesn’t work and remains lit so I had to remove the light bulb in order to use the plugs.
