Dear General Manager: I am writing to express my sincere appreciation for the exceptional service I received during my stay at the Hampton Inn in Union City, California, from August 14 to August 16, 2026, while attending a two day convention. I would like to specifically commend the front desk staff. They made my experience incredibly pleasant, handling every inquiry—whether in person or over the phone—with efficiency and a helpful attitude. Their commitment to outstanding customer service truly stood out. In addition, several other team members made our stay feel like a "home away from home." The dining staff went above and beyond, which encouraged me to keep returning for meals. I also want to recognize the custodial and housekeeping teams for their professionalism and for keeping our rooms so clean and neat. While the service and food were splendid, Overall, thank you for a warm and inviting experience. My friends, loved ones and I look forward to staying at the Hampton Inn again the next time we are in the area. Please extend my gratitude to your entire staff for their hard work. My stay at the Hampton Inn in Union City was very pleasant….. The clerks were professional and friendly…… The breakfast was good and room was clean….. When I had an issue with the A/C control front desk clerk told me how to fix it and offered his personal help if I couldn’t fix the issue….. The experience was worth every hard earned penny I spent there and I will certainly stay there again whenever I’m back in town.

Hotel was clean and had a nice variety for breakfast. Nice place.

We really enjoyed our stay here. Front desk personnel were extremely responsive to our needs. My spouse is disabled and staff made sure that we had everything we needed to be safe and comfortable. Unlike a lot of other hotels, their handicap accessible rooms really ARE accessible. Also, the choices at breakfast were nicely varied; there was something for everyone.

The guy at the counter was very nice, kind and helpful.
