The cleanest hotel we have ever stayed at. Appreciate the 24 hr coffee(dark roast), large room, free parking, great breakfast and great location.

Asked for ocean view with balcony.
They advertised a room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. They gave me a first floor unit with a small deck and no balcony. Their definition of a balcony does not match the common definition of a balcony. Also bathroom was extremely small. It certainly did not meet ADA standards. Abigail at the front desk was not very helpful. I tried to upgrade to a better room, but she said there were no other available rooms. I know that the hotel was less than half full at the time.
Enjoyed the stay.
Very expensive, it was clean but the room was older. Only thing you’re paying for is location.

First day breakfast was terrible with hardly any food left as they had run out. Hot tub was not hot but luke warm. Also property was higher priced than Expedia said but after showing them confirmation they came down to price but charged us 45.00 for parking which was never disclosed and parking was full so they left us park by the front door. Employees nice but wouldnt book there again.

Our sta at the Hampton Inn St Augustine z beach was nothing short of amazing. When Vanessa, the front desk clerk, found out it was our daughter’s birthday she upgraded our room to one with a beach view and it made our daughters day. It was a thoughtful act that set the tone for our stay. The Rooms were extremely clean and comfortable. The location with private beach access was ideal. Would 10/10 recommend!
