A very well managed and maintained hotel.
Everyone was courteous and friendly. Seems a very well managed and maintained hotel. I would encourage anyone that needs to stay north in Phoenix to stay at the Hampton Inn and suites.

We were only there for one day but our stay was excellent. Our flight was delayed and check in was a breeze, very welcoming. The room was comfortable and very clean. For breakfast they had plenty to select from and it was great. The young lady that was working breakfast was very helpful, friendly and welcoming. Making our stay extremely pleasant. I was traveling with my husband and two granddaughters we would definitely stay again and highly recommend. We had no problem finding parking and the location was great and seemed very safe.

Staff was great. Breakfast was tasty. The instructions given for the thermostat were a little confusing, but the room was nice and cool in contrast to the Phoenix heat. I'd stay again!
