The shuttle is nice to the casino.

Amenities were great, staff were friendly and helpful, the hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast was great as well!

SUPER NOISY. Busy highway on one side and depressing cemetery on the other side. Too bad no one mentioned these on their reviews. We were going to book at the Hyatt but the glowing 9.4 overall rating & excellent reviews influenced us to book at the Hampton Inn = BIG MISTAKE !!! I mentioned the NOISE concern with our room (facing the highway) with the Front Desk. Someone texted me and said they always tell customers when they checked in that one side is: “LOUDER because of highway and the other side is more TRANQUIL.” – Well, we were NOT informed. OTHER: Furniture & bathroom fixtures (tub, shower curtain, looks like formica-counter) are OUTDATED. --- BIG REGRET: Be careful with the fantastic & enthusiastic reviews at any facilities, at any sites. I don’t recommend this place. STAY AWAY.

Noisy from the highway. Pillows were awful. Hall noise too.

The receptionist in the evening was super sweet and helpful. The driver who took us to the casino was amazing as well. I love to see and experience great customer service.. I’ll definitely be back again
