Cosmo at the front desk was the best ever! So helpful and professional. We need more people like him in this world. He went beyond his job! Tammie and Tanya was great too!

Very clean nice staff.
Terrible cust service person.
At check in waited 15 minutes for someone to show up at desk. Room lock was dead, took three trips to front desk to get a new room. New room had no sheets on roll out bed. Desk clerk could not tell us any restaurants nearby. She said she didn't go to restaurants. We discovered a mission BBQ two doors down from hotel, walking distance. No smile. No welcome to hotel. will not stay there again.

Building is old. Carpet is very very dirty in hall. Walls and doors are dirty in hall. Rooms did not seem like they have been deep cleaned. Would not stay again. Would not recommend. If you’re looking for only overnight stay and catch a plane, it’s doable. If you’re looking for comfort, this is not the place.

Everyone was helpful and attentive.
The hotel was very quite (always a plus). The air conditioner was great! Plenty of parking. Nice breakfast.
