I usually don't complain and we've stayed at a few Hamptons and NEVER had the problems as here. Mold around bathroom. No hair dryer,only three SMALL pull out dryers for clothes, NO place to put toiletries. Scheduled room cleaning for certain houras we had dog.

Everything was excellent!

arrived to the property and found hair in the bed went down and was told they have no other rooms nor she could give me a different sheet to put on its not for that size but we could use it. while putting my phone on the charger seen a roach run across the floor just not how i would think of a Hampton Inn

The woman working the front desk (her name is Jackie), and who checked us in, was very friendly and courteous!

The room thermostat did not work. Even after several complaints and a “maintenance” person, the room still remained at a cold 64. No further attempt was made to correct it.

It was convenient to the location we needed to be by. It was clean and the staff friendly.

This was my 2nd stay at this property. Very clean and very friendly service. Location was perfect for my needs. I'll definitely stay at this property again.

Rooms and lobby more resembled an upscale Hotel 6 than a Hampton Inn. Must have contracted with a construction firm because that was most of clientele, hence there was mud and dirt all over. Breakfast was less than Hampton standards. The front desk reception was wildly inappropriate on an interpersonal level and did not seem capable with their computer technology (as she stated herself). Asked if the elevators were reliable as the last night one of us would be post surgery with a walker. She said yes. Got to elevators and one was down with a sign that looked like it had been there quite awhile. Went back and asked for a first floor room given the situation but she was not willing to even try to help. When we got to the room the red light was on the lock indicating a dead battery and we had to go back to the front desk. Was very convenient to hospital but would NEVER stay there again or recommend this hotel.

Old rooms, dirty carpet, short of towels, cleaning every two days, old beds

I asked 4 times to get the fold out sofa made up and the made up. I was told 4 times by 4 different people that it would be done. 1 was the housekeeper, 1 was the housekeeper supervisor and I believe the other 2 were managers. Never got done. There was so much dog hair on the sofa that we used up an entire lint roller on our clothes before we left for the funeral. The entire hotel needs to be repainted. I was super annoyed because the rates were high and we were only there because virtually everything else was sold out that weekend. WIll never stay here again. Hilton should be ashamed that they have a brand this bad.
