Comfortable
Despite current renovations of the reception and breakfast area the acommidations are still comfortable and now updated! Staff remains helpful and attentive too. Give them a try even while renovating. THey should be 100% by May!

The Hampton Inn in Niles (on I80, just west of Youngstown) was a satisfying overnight stay. It was quiet, clean, staff friendly and comfortable. There were quite a few restaurants within a two mile radius to have dinner. A Mexican restaurant across I-80 called La Terraza was excellent. The next morning, the staff served a perfect breakfast for all the residents of the hotel. It was a very nice stay on our way home. Thank you.

Nasty dirty carpet in the room.
The carpet was so dirty that mine and my wife's feet were black from walking barefoot on the carpet in the room. All hotels should remove carpet from rooms no matter how often you clean it, it still harbors filth.

The room was clean; however, had some issues with the air condition. The breakfast was excellent and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Had some construction going on but we were informed about what time they start in the morning and what time they stop. Overall, it's a very nice hotel and I give it a 3 and a 1/2 ⭐ STAR!!

Overall stay was good. Helpful staff. Easy check in, with pets. Good breakfast offering. Only issue was the low water pressure in the shower - more like fast dribbling. Reported it to the front desk at check out.
