The night time front desk clerk was outstanding during the check in process. During breakfast the lady who was in charge of refreshing the food was extremely rude and almost cause somebody who has an allergies to get sick but telling then to just eat it when they simply asked what in the ingredients.and if it was placed near.something they cant have.

I reserved a King room however, I was given a double queen room upon arrival. Inwas told by the front desk clerk, Tisha, that reservations only reserves me a room, which means I get whatever is available not the room of my choosing. I asked if there was a difference in the pricing and she very nonchalantly replied "no its the same amount". I complained and asked for the manager but was informed she wouldn't be available until Monday. I have stayed at many different hotels and have never been told that you do not get what you reserved. I will never stay at that hotel again.

Staff have been so friendly and welcoming! The rooms and bathrooms are large and well spaced out, clean and quiet. Lots of shopping and food options nearby. We would absolutely stay here again next time we’re passing through!

Being a Hilton honor member, I was really displeased to find out there was no microwave in the room; however, there was a communal one in the lobby. Being that I had my baby on this trip, I would have to heat a bottle up at three am in a lobby, which is not ok. Also, my room didn't have the bedding for the let-out couch; however, staff brought some bedding and no pillows. It was too late and too much for me to keep calling, trying not to disturb my baby's sleep. For this inconvenience, the rating goes down two stars.
