Reserved 2 queen beds. Was assigned a room with 1 king. Took about 15 mins to get resolved. Then, due to that issue, our wifi wouldn’t work. Had to visit the front desk again and spent another 10 mins trying to resolve that issue. Meanwhile the front desk clerk typed away without giving any update or communication. Hotel was clean. Breakfast was nice. Bed felt like sleeping on a bench.

My only complaint is that we had to pay for parking. I've never had to do that at any Hampton Inn around the world. Other than that, it was excellent as expected.

Excellent (new?) hotel. Good service, average (but fine) free breakfast, very clean, comfortable room.
Our only complaint was the need to pay $12.25 to self-park outside in a normal parking lot. I normally wouldn't complain (just spent $50 in Tampa the day before), but this is a hotel in wide open suburbia with loads of parking spaces. It felt like a money grab and we weren't very happy at this.
Now that you've been informed, and if you're okay with the odd money grab, it's an excellent place to stay.

The place is very nice and comfortable. The only issues I had was that the water pressure seemed a little low...at least for my preference, and I am also not a fan of being charged to park at a hotel. They charge $10.00/night to park, and I believe we pay enough for the hotel that this shouldn't be an extra charge. I'll try to find some other place next time that doesn't charge for parking.
