Everything was new

I could hardly breathe. Before I stayed at this hotel I read reviews which commented about the strong air freshener smell throughout the hotel. Strong didn't begin to describe it. I stayed for 10 days as a work/study time and had to wear a cotton mask in my room most of the time because the smell was too overwhelming. Someone from management needs to be aware that you likely won't have repeat customers due to this smell. I was pleased at it being pet friendly but the STRENGTH of this A/C airfreshener to offset pets.....needs to be scaled way back. There were very little people there during my stay and this could be why! Im also not pleased with the fact that there were TOO MANY Taxes applied to everyday of my stay. It amounted to close to 200 dollars extra for a 1500 dollar stay PLUS the parking fee of 115 just to park. This property desperately needs management to read these reviews because I read the same complaints from others before coming and staying there myself. Please care about these 2 problems.

Room very nice. Breakfast was marvelous. Although I’m not marking you down for this—not sure why there is a daily parking charge in the regular parking lot of the hotel. But I was aware ahead of time.

Everything was perfect

Convenient and clean. Easy to move within and around the property. Businesses nearby. Nice lobby. Never hit the pool because rain storms but had a nice quiet stay. Well designed room

Decently clean but do t expect help when needed. Room was only cleaned 1 of the 3 night we stayed. No clean towels brought until requested twice.

Easy to get to, and easy to check in. Breakfast had a decent variety, but was missing oatmeal and just plain heavy cream for coffee. Otherwise good.

Excellent hotel, my only concern was that you had to pay for parking. Otherwise it was great!
