I was traveling with my limited-mobility Mother, and the wheelchair accessible room was absolutely perfect for our needs on this trip. The "grab bars" in the bathroom were much needed and gave me a sense of relief that she could use them so easily so that she could have some independence there. The hotel lobby, dining area, elevator, hallways, and our room were very clean. The staff on shift were extremely helpful and nice. The beds were clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We will be staying here again next time we travel through Bessemer. Even though there were a lot of rooms booked, our stay was quiet and peaceful on the 4th floor and right across from the elevator.

The room was fairly clean but the you was broken. The front desk person said that nothing could be done until morning and that’s when we had to check out, so it was broken all night. We had to use the toilet in the lobby from the 3rd floor. Upside was the delicious breakfast! It didn’t make up for the toilet tho.
