My room was very clean and well equiped. Loved the free breakfast and snacks at night! Very convenient location, too!

Everything was great except for there was no towels in the pool/jacuzzi. Went to the front desk, they said they will send someone over. 30 minutes later nothing, used the text message app and waited another 20 minutes. Went to our room dripping and used the room towels. Called the desk to have them bring us more. That was super fast. Jacuzzi was maybe at 65 temperature told the front desk, they stated they will have someone look at it. Never went back to see if it was working. One more thing. The parking you have to pay 30 buckss a night. If you are already staying there you should just get a pass put it in you car and that's it. Anyone else that does not have a parking pass, Tow them. Outrageous to charge your customers. I travel for work and NEVER have been charged for parking it's waved. Everything thing else was perfect!! No complaints. Room was a 10/10, staff 10/10, They have these great things they do starting at 5 pm everyday!

Excellent stay first time here and would come back. Bonfires at night, movie nights they want you to enjoy yourself in the evening and we did

Second time I’ve been here and it did not disappoint!

The bed and pillows are terrible! The A/C unit let every smell from outside in. Night #1 we had to smell wood burning/bonfire outside and night #2 was BBQ burning smell from the patio. And not just a hint, the smell was strong. My hair even smelled like smoke. The room was clean enough. I feel like it wasn't vacuumed or dusted. There were crumbs on the desk when we walked in. The body wash wasn't filled in the shower. Not huge things but if I'm paying a premium to stay at a property, I'd like a clean and stocked room. The grounds were good and clean. The hot tub wasn't hot, lukewarm at best. Last, the electrical in the room kept going in and out or surging. One plug in would work and then it wouldn't and the there was a light that kept flicking on out of the blue. The breakfast was sufficient but all hot food was cold. Staff was amazing! Overall I would stay here again if I had to but it would be a last resort, the bed is all I keep thinking about. It was so uncomfortable.

Big parking lot with easy access to hotel and back out.. Incredible service and staff. Lounge, amenities and everything that a Hampton Inn provides always brings it to the top! Clean rooms, easy access TV, and comfortable sheets with a plush bed. Overall excellent experience and I’ll be back for sure!
