I loved everything about this hotel! The beds are comfy, the linens are great quality, they have Tommy Bahama products and the decor is super cool. I highly recommend this hotel!

This trip was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We visit San Francisco at least twice a year and will be staying exclusively at the Stay pineapple in Union Square. First and foremost, the rate absolutely cannot be beaten, especially for what you get for your money. It truly is an elegant hotel. It's clean, quiet, beautiful interior design and the rooms are equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Our desk clerk, Brian, gave us an early check in and waived the $40 fee, much to our surprise and pleasure. I very much look forward to returning and I've already recommended it to friends and family.

So fun, bright colors with modern conveniences. Pet friendly is an understatement but you do not need a pet to enjoy well position urban hotel. Just a fun and comfortable place to stay!

Absolutely an incredible experience

Well located excellent hotel

I would probably never stay at this hotel again. Unfortunately, our stay was filled with issues from start to finish. First, the hotel advertises a restaurant and bar on its website, but both have been permanently closed. This was disappointing because it was one of the reasons we chose this hotel. Second, the air conditioning in our room never worked. We reported the issue, but it was never fixed during our stay. Being on the third floor with windows that could not be opened, our room stayed around 80°F, making it very uncomfortable and unpleasant. Third, the TV in our room did not work at all. Fourth, the coffee maker brewed cold coffee even though it was clearly intended to make hot coffee. Finally, the shower dispenser was out of conditioner. I requested a refill twice, but it was never provided. Overall, the lack of maintenance, inaccurate information on the hotel’s website, and poor follow-through on guest requests made for a very frustrating experience. For the amount I paid to stay here, this experience was completely unacceptable. I expected much better, and instead I was met with one issue after another that was never properly addressed. It felt like an insult to charge guests premium rates while failing to provide the basic amenities and services that were advertised.

Everything at the hotel was great, staff service, tomm clean, they were very helpful with all my questions. Bed, pillows and sheets are great. Only comment i would make about this is the people around the location there is alots of homeless around but everyone is on their own world.. going back to hotel subject, I will stay there again

The staff were friendly in helping us out. The location is central and easy to get around, room was clean. Would stay here again

The AC had a light on it that came on through out the night. I didn’t sleep well. Period. The AC also stays off.

Had a problem with the booking ang initial got help from Victoria but then other team members didnt honor her approval of canceling because of the area. Lost my money
