I loved everything about this hotel! The beds are comfy, the linens are great quality, they have Tommy Bahama products and the decor is super cool. I highly recommend this hotel!
Quiet clean and comfortable
This trip was the second time we've stayed at this hotel. We visit San Francisco at least twice a year and will be staying exclusively at the Stay pineapple in Union Square. First and foremost, the rate absolutely cannot be beaten, especially for what you get for your money. It truly is an elegant hotel. It's clean, quiet, beautiful interior design and the rooms are equipped with everything you could possibly want or need. Our desk clerk, Brian, gave us an early check in and waived the $40 fee, much to our surprise and pleasure. I very much look forward to returning and I've already recommended it to friends and family.
Quality with a flare.
So fun, bright colors with modern conveniences. Pet friendly is an understatement but you do not need a pet to enjoy well position urban hotel. Just a fun and comfortable place to stay!

Hotel was a great value, in a busy part of the city, accessible but car or public transportation. Light in bathroom was a bit finicky but overall we enjoyed our stay.

The room was clean albeit small. The problem came with the front desk staff. The gentleman that checked me in was trying not to laugh for some reason? And then the person that came to fix my tv did not actually fix it at all. The tv was broken and had weird settings fully restricted like adjusting the volume.

The stay pineapple itself was a great hotel with wonderful staff. But there were no amenities of any kind and unfortunately, it was so dirty and unsafe to walk around anywhere outside that there was nowhere to even go eat. My wife was absolutely terrified, I was verbally assaulted and several times threatened and we only stayed two days
