Wonderfully situated in downtown Chicago.
We have stayed at the Stay Pineapple six times and have loved it every time. It is a beautiful old bank building in downtown Chicago and is close the everything.
Every experience was a joy staff and service exceptional.
The room was clean, comfortable. The staff was friendly. Food and staff always excellent.

Great location and beautiful historic facility, friendly staff. Not sure about the junk charges, as they put $50 on my credit card which wasn’t credited,even though we bought nothing extra. Then I was charged $8.50 for I have no idea what. But we appreciated the two free drinks.

The room we stayed in had a terrible bathroom that needs renovating. The bath/shower had little water pressure and was actually dangerous because it was so narrow. There was only a pedestal sink so no storage for toiletrees. People were wonderful at the front desk, but it was hard to get real coffee in the morning (not from a Keurig). With so many options in Chicago we likely will not stay here again.
