The building smelled like weed. The room smelled even more like it. The couch in the room had a white stain like it hadn’t been cleaned and it was torn. The bathroom was disgusting. The whole building just looked like it was falling apart. For sure did not look like the pictures. Also the front desk guy was confusing with directions and seemed like it was an issue when I went to ask again exactly where our room was.

Hallways and room reek of smoke smell. The AC unit was covered in dust and looked like the filter hasn’t been changed in ages. Streaming services on the TV do not work when you try to login. Overall a poor place to stay at, I would not book again.

Someone had a key to open my door while i was inside, good thing i had the chain in place and they didn’t get in. I walked out the door to see who it was and they had ran away then i decided not to stay the night and left instead, terrible experience don’t stay here.

Room appeared clean & smelled like cleaners but there was a roach in the bathroom the next morning.
The coffee pot was missing a piece for the water to drip through the coffee so was not usable. The microwave was not plugged in but we didn’t use it. The fridge worked great.
Air Conditioning also worked great which is important in Texas during the summer & the bed was comfortable. It was also close to Globe Life field & since we live north of Tyler, it would have been a long drive late at night after the game. It was also fairly inexpensive as compared to other nearby options.

Room was very dirty, outside stair well looked like they had homeless sleeping outside it had a pillow and blanket outside the door. The floor on the above floors in place felt like it was going to fall in. The elevator sounded like it was grinding gears. The staff at check had a terrible attitude and was very rude almost hateful. The staff at check was very kind and helpful.

Despite reading numerous negative reviews, I decided to book this hotel, which turned out to be a huge disappointment. The air conditioning was non-functional, leaving the room unbearably hot, making it impossible to sleep. To add insult to injury, the shower tub was in a state of disrepair, with the knob broken and the water flow inadequate.
