Staff were kind and helpful. Outside of facilities are quite dilapidated. The bedside lamp was broken, and the bathroom door would not fully close. Great staff, poor quality facilities.

You're pool was closed this month and last month and I called before I came this time and they said it was opened, they lied and last month someone walked right in on us ,without knocking and we were distracted with other personal things, it was very embarrassing

My husband and I work a lot in the Houston area. We have been staying at Studio 6/Motel 6 off and on for years. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Our cat travels with us so I love that the hotel is pet friendly. Room is always clean. Beds are comfortable and soft. Price is reasonable. The only con is that sometimes the water isn’t real hot. The outside of the hotel needs to be updated. Most of the doors need to be repainted. Other than that, it’s a great stay.

Did not like the fact the door doesn’t close all the way and can still see an opening. Bugs are bad coming from outside

The housekeeping brought me a towel with pubic hair still in it smh really made it uncomfortable to stay and not clean.

My refrigerator and bath towels had long, black, straight hair in/on it and my tv didn’t work during my whole stay. I reached out to the front desk and they never sent anyone by my room to fix it. The pool needs to be cleaned as well. However, I was able to request a late checkout 30 mins past 11 and was granted it as I needed more time to prepare to check out. Overall this place is okay. The grounds were quiet but can be maintained much better. Housekeeping needs to pay more attention to detail when turning over the rooms.
