November trip so pool was closed but was used during an earlier summer trip. Heat worked fine in the room. Downside, the room I booked and paid for wasn't available at check in. Specifically booked a kitchenette room because we planned on making our dinner and breakfast in the room. They had to put us in a room with a microwave and mini fridge and had to rebook and pay more for the lesser room. I will need a refund for the room booked through Expedia.

The room was disgusting and had hair on the bedding and stained sheets. Ceiling was distorted and mold in bath tub.

I had my puppy. The room was nice. Sink, way to cook on 2 burners, fridge and freezer. But there was some cleaning issues.. i would stay again
