The room was comfortable and quiet. Elevators were prompt. Staff was friendly and efficient. Front desk, concierge, room service, housekeeping. I would definitely stay here again.

The room was generally satisfactory; however, there were a few areas that could be improved. The bathroom did not have an anti-slip mat, and the shower enclosure only partially covered the shower area, causing water to spill onto the bathroom floor. This created a slippery and potentially unsafe condition after showering.
Additionally, considering the room rate, I was surprised that basic complimentary amenities such as a toothbrush and toothpaste were not provided.

A perfect location, walking distance to the Broadway theaters without having to stay in the Times Square area and it's very close to Central Park, Rockefeller Center, City Center, MOMA, shopping, restaurants, etc with easy access to subways. Two parking garages right next door. The Studio Suite King was large and modern. The bed was super comfortable with crisp Sferra sheets. Justin at the front desk was amazing. He helped with a special request and was pleasant and very attentive from the moment we arrived to when we checked out. A++ for Justin. He really helped to make our stay a success.

We loved our stay here! Close to Central Park and shopping. We were on a high flour with access to the Lounge which was nice.
