We couldn’t. Sleep because all night they had cars driving by with loud music and revving up their cars drag racing on the street below all night long!! We had a room in the 12th floor and couldn’t sleep for hours! The hotel charged $60/night for valet parking yet they don’t tell you that there’s an additional $30/night “destination fee”. Had they told us we would have braved the streets to find parking elsewhere. We also heard the plumbing all night long from the rooms surround ours. The hotel is nice but I wouldn’t stay there again.

We had a wonderful stay at the Thompson Dallas. The hotel is extremely beautiful and the staff are always friendly and attentive. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in the area, looking for amazing service in a central location.

The hotel is lovely and the staff was polite and efficient for the most part. That being said, my girlfriend and I were really bummed at check-in when we found out the 24hr advertised pool wasn’t actually 24hrs. It’s available from 9am-9pm, which is typical for most hotels. But we went with this hotel because she loves late night swims (former competitive swimmer). Had we known that really wasn’t the case, we would have just booked a home with a pool instead for labor weekend. Just a heads up for anyone else with a similar mindset. Also, a microwave in the rooms would be nice. We stayed in the elm suite.

The Thompson Hotel was absolutely beautiful! All of the staff we encountered were very nice and helpful! The amneities offered were amazing! Our room was to die for, so beautiful!!! We will definitely be coming back!
