Great Hotel Stay!!!
This is one of the best hotel stays ever. The staff is amazing. The beds are the most comfortable bed ever.
Great hotel and great staff!
Hotel itself was great along with the staff. Especially Dustin, Gregg and breakfast waiter in the Commons. Only complaint was housekeeping. Had to ask for washcloths at the front desk, they never wiped down the bar (we had coffee and sugar on it for the three days there) and only restocked coffee (not the sugar) once while we were there.

The hotel was beautiful and very clean. My entire family was very happy with the accommodations and the staff overall was very genuine and friendly. The only thing I hate is when you get the bill and have the extra charges. This one called it an amenity fee, others call them resort fees or similar. I just wish hotels would be upfront on their pricing and not hide it with these fees after you check in. That's always annoying and being brought to the attention of lawmakers and changing in states like mine, Hawaii.

From check-in to check-out, the hospitality and service were outstanding. When we realized we didn’t have a proper phone charger, we inquired at the front desk, and the hotel manager generously lent us his personal charger. The interior design and meticulous attention to detail give this hotel a true five-star ambiance. We thoroughly enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant, where our waiter was exceptionally attentive and friendly. The food and service were both excellent. Upon checkout, the managers greeted us warmly with handshakes and kind words of appreciation, leaving us with a lasting impression of their exceptional care and professionalism.
We look forward to returning!
