Great dog walking space! Almost every family has at least one dog. Even better yet: invest in a fence for the dog walking area, then post it on social media. You will get clients!
Very clean, fast registration, good breakfast.
Though I generally don't like rooms that open directly to outside, this motel was fine. A well lit parking area, maintained Ground and a welcoming front Desk. The rooms were Modern and clean and a generous size and the beds were comfortable.

The place is convenient off the interstate but not well kept. It is dirty. Towels were dirty, hair on the washcloth, shampoo bottle was half empty. Chair in the room was falling apart. Two stars is generous and only because I have not seen any bugs in the room. For almost 100 dollars per night you expect the place to be simple but clean. This was not the case.

Sheets had stains on them, floorboards were dirty/gross, shower was chipped, lots of rust on dressers and lamps. People above us were very loud from 2-6 am which kept us awake.

Unexpected rudeness and just bad service, under new management. He is a spiteful rude NPC. He upped the rate 25 bucks on a Tuesday because I got a better deal on Expedia. When I complained he put people in the room above me and loud people on each side of me IN AN EMPTY HOTEL! Just out of spite. There were homeless people begging g for change on the property, as soon as I took my shoes off I knew those were being thrown away. Just a terrible experience and I hope no one else gets the UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT treatment
