You really get what you pay for, however, if I pay for a non smoking room I at least expect not to have to smell cigarette smoke in the room. We moved rooms 3 times and in each room the cigarette smell was terrible, but ended up having to settle with one that was the least smelly as the man at the counter said "if this one doesn't work then I don't know".... basically implying we would have to look to get a hotel elsewhere even though it was almost 1am after a long 8hr drive and when we checked in he asked if I wanted to upgrade my room to the newer renovated rooms for an extra price. Meaning, there was rooms that was nicer but he still refused to put me in one of those even though the other 3 rooms he offered smelled like smoke when I specifically asked for non smoking. On top of all of that, the rooms were outdated, yes, but the black MOLD in the shower was the other main issue- disgusting and a hazard. Unfortunately I had to stay at this place again on my trip back down a few nights later because I booked it in advance. The second time, he did give me one of the "updated" rooms, but those were just as bad but thankfully the smoke smell wasn't as bad as all of the other one (still there, though). I don't usually ever write bad reviews because I can find positives in a lot of things, and for this one I will say I didn't see any bugs which is always my #1 thing when I stay at cheaper places, but truly this place needs help.

Room was clean, staff was very friendly.

Clean room, good breakfast, super friendly staff. A bit older and could use an upgrade, but fine for the price.

The beds was tough and hard uncomfortable. The photo that are the website in here are misleading . The heater the the room need to be quieter to loud kicking on and off thur the morning . The tub where the drain need fixed . It needs better parking . There was no trash can in the bathroom. The doors need repainted or replaced wouldn’t lock right . When the day English breakfast not plain stuff .

We booked our stay on Hotels.com while traveling for vacation and we were checked in quickly and we were able to be in our room in minutes to rest up for the next day.

To me, this is someplace you stay if you don't have any other options. The lower price doesn't make up for staying there. I've seen gas station bathrooms in better condition. Expedia should really start considering keeping such facilities on their site, not doing members justice.

Poor condition, dirty, front desk staff stated they were in the process of "updating" and this was far from the truth. Rooms were dirty, appliances in poor repair, outside appears in poor repair, the smoke detector started beeping over night. The only saving grace was the front desk staff was friendly. Never again will I stay at this place.
