Everything was fine except for the blood stained towel that was hung up as a “clean” towel. Gross. Made us question if the sheets and towels were actually clean but overall will stay here again for price

The bed was great! But, as others have said, the building is renovated, not brand new as advertised. And whoever was in charge of the renovations really fell down on the job. The rim between the shower and rest of bathroom had been taken out to make curbless entry, which is fine, but that ridge in the floor was never filled in. The shower curtain was too short and water ran straight down the curtain onto the floor and into the gap in the floor. The hot and cold water in the bathroom sink were reversed, and there were no bathroom surfaces for toiletries, only crammed on the tiny sink and on the top of the toilet. I am now distrustful of Quality Inns.
