The cleanliness of the room was nonexistent. It looked like there was vomit splattered on the bathroom walls behind the door. The staff was extremely loud in the hallway in the morning, making it so we were unable to sleep after a late night at the concert. When we went to checkout, there wasn’t anyone present at the front desk.

You get what you pay for, my mom is disabled and I asked for a ground floor but those were booked up so we had to navigate the stairs, thankfully there were only two floors. The air conditioner was so loud that we couldn't sleep with it on so I tried to cool the room down as best I could before we attempted sleep! The t.v. was a hit and missed trying to get it to work, breakfast was ok the only thing I didn't care for was the sunny-d instead of actual orange juice, and the pool was never in use during our stay as it was a green color so we stayed clear of that!

The photos must be from when it first opened. Rooms are run down, halls are disgusting and the pool had algae growing in it. Will never come back. They jacked up rates for memorial weekend which everyone does but they can't justify their normal price on a regular night it was that bad. Exterior doors dont even have latches to keep the building secure. Don't stay here unless you have to.

Staff was polite. Location was a bit sketchy but inside was better. Room was not very clean, stains on bedding, towels and chairs. Thin walls and was hard to sleep due to everything happening in the halls all hours of the night.

Floor in our room was dirty, the outside doors lock was broken. Carpet in the hallway was dirty.
