Air conditioning in the room was very cold

Great stay from start to finish! The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and everything was exactly what we needed. Excellent value, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

The room was very clean. Couldn't get the TV to come on for TV and they came down and fixed it. Couldn't find the channel guide anywhere

Zero stars needs to be an option for this property. The lobby smell and ragged carpeting and dented/dinged walks welcome you. Bits of assorted debris litter the hallways and elevator. Upon entering room, discovered more of the same. Sheets were either dirty or stained beyond bleach redemption. TV would not works. Calls to front desk unanswered. Being late in evening after difficult funeral too tired to pack up and head elsewhere/request another room. Based on other family members rooms having similar issues we were unlikely to find anything better. Sucked it up tried to get some sleep. Around 4:45 am woke up b/c room hot and clammy. AC blowing but making loud noises and air not cool. Turned it off and on again, started running but air cot cold, barely cool. Gave up trying to get any rest before 7. Showered- spigot detaching from wall and sub not draining. Left before 8. Told front desk assistant about numerous issues. He made no offer to remedy or correct only stating they had been having phone issues since 6/20. Let these pictures speak for themselves. Sleeping in your car is a more pleasant, cleanly, and Comfortable option, filthy and dilapidated at best. My fav- the smoke detector hanging down rimmed by mold. Delightful! Ran a close second to moldy shower. And whatever substance had been let loose in elevator that was thoughtfully covered with side entry mat.

Clean outside and inside. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Easy access to room and location off the interstate. For the price, would definitely recommend.

They hotel was clean. But bedding was not. Why is shower gel out by sink in the room ? All staff we meet were very polite and respectful.

Shower light did not work, had to ask to get room cleaned if you wanted it daily

Front desk clerk was great. Room was clean and did not stink of any sort of fragrance.

Overall a nice place to stay. Beds and bedding was nice. The room was clean, there was a place on the wall above the air conditioning unit where a drywall repair had been made and hadn’t been painted and finished. The shower, bathroom, and linen area was okay…shower water temp was struggling to keep up…I had the handle all the way in the hot and was “warm”-ish. The washcloths in particular had some staining on one of them….so there’s that. Again, was an overall decent place today. I’d go back if need be.

Rude staff, NASTY stained beds. Mattresses, linens, all of it. Disgusting!!! Stained curtains, broken TV, phone didn't work, NO POOL AS SHOWN, DIRTY floors, leaky fridge, broken coffee maker. Only thing that worked well was the AC. Do not go here if you can help it.
