We had to leave our reservation. The ceilings and walls had mold/mildew. Tried to change rooms but was not allowed to. I was very disappointed. Lost out on money and family time

When checking in, requested ground floor room, as I cannot climb stairs. Found that AC did not work properly. Staff member quickly replaced unit while we were out for dinner. Beds are comfy.
Morning breakfast did not have decaf coffee.

Pool and hot tub were not available due to not yet being inspected. It was never told and my kids were disappointed they couldnt swim. There was quite a few bugs in our room and we were on the bottom floor at the last room. The air conditioner was amazing and kept us very cool. Staff checking us in was very friendly
