Matt, the Front Desk Clerk was especially courteous and efficient with the Check In process. And I observed him helping two other guests in the same manner.

The complex was pleasant. The room was clean and well kept.The clean up crew was prompt. The only complaint was the ice machine did not work. I would definitely recommend Quality to other people.

Service was great, breakfast good. But we asked for a pet friendly hotel and were put in a back lot part of hotel in a room that we literally had to leave door open ( hall was bad also) while I went and got some room deoderizer. The nice boy at the desk apologized and rounded up only a can of disinfectant. Thankfully we stayed only one night. We got there late and left early. We have a clean white schnauzer who doesn’t shed nor smell and even he rather sleep in car. Our clothes actually smelled like dog urine. We stayed one other time at a Quality Inn and it was not like this one. I think from what we saw that you put all pet friendly people in this one ground section. We heard dogs barking everywhere. As a Choice member I asked to be put in one of their rooms but he said they did not allow pets. That’s the first time this has happened to us. I’ll certainly be more careful in not staying at Quality Inn. I suppose I just got what I paid for to get only a few hours sleep on a road trip.

We were in room 1117. The bathroom sink drained very slowly. When the shower was on, a lot of water kept on running out of the bathtub faucet so the pressure was very weak. The tub was slippery. The towels were small and thin. The bedspread wasn't clean.

I was checking in and front desk staff said that I was at the Comfort Inn. Sign behind the front desk said "Quality Inn", the sign over the drive through said Quality Inn ?!?!?!?!?!?!. Never knew what hotel we were at. Our room was by side door entrance were everyone was going in and out day and night. The smoking table was right by the side door entrance, and we could smell smoke off and on during our stay. Room was very clean.
