Good Cleaner

Sam at the front desk. She was great. I think I got her name, right may not be spelled right anyway she was excellent, very accommodating and very, very helpful!

Property needs to go through much needed renovations. The old smell was noticeable throughout. The gentleman(Thu. Night approx. 11-11:30p) at the front desk who greeted us and checked us in was very pleasant.

This place is old and worn and smells. Hall carpets are dirty, damage to walls, chips on walks doorways, elevator needs maintenance. The room we booked smelled like mold and rotten carpet. We canceled our reservation and left. Unsanitary conditions.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. While I wasn’t expecting anything fancy, I did expect the basic amenities to be functional and the property to be reasonably maintained. Unfortunately, several amenities were broken, and the condition of the hotel was poor. There were noticeable holes in the carpet, which made the hotel feel neglected and in need of repair. The biggest frustration came when I simply wanted a glass of water. The only ice machine on the property was broken, which meant I couldn’t get ice or water. As a result, I had to leave the hotel late at night and drive to a gas station just to get something to drink. Overall, the lack of maintenance and broken amenities made for an unpleasant experience. I would not stay at this hotel again and cannot recommend it to others.

The rooms had a moist smell, the halls smelled like weed, and the breakfast was very limited. The pool was decent.

Musty, unpleasant odor from the A/C, and the gym's A/C wasn't working.

The beds were like trying to sleep on a concrete slab (even the linens were rough), the toilet paper holder kept trying to come out of the wall, there was a used band-aid on the floor behind the bathroom door, the lamps were caked with dust and the coffee pot didn't work. This stay was enough to keep me out of all Quality Inns for the rest of my life. Sorry, the "Quality" just wasn't there.

The room was not very clean, the air vent was extremely filthy, looks like they never cleaned it, the bathtub curtain rail was falling, this could be a mayor issue if it falls on someone and hurts them, at this point it would be negligence since you are aware now of the problem. The floor on the elevator is torn.
