Nice clean ADA room… Nice location… We’ll be back….

Awful

The room was big, bed comfortable and the pillows were great. Parkiing was convenient. Staff was very nice. We would recommend this to friends.

First as soon as we arrived to check in there was a line of angry people In the lobby. They were unable to check people in because all the computers were down. I have my license and credit card for them to copy just so I was able to get in my room. We dropped our stuff off and went to dinner upon our return had noticed that there was a strong aroma of cat urine. We went back to the front desk to ask for a different room but was told there was nothing else available and I could check out if I wanted to leave. There were not many options at this time so we asked if we could at least get a candle or some air freshener. We opened the window sprayed the air freshener and turned the heater on. Fortunately I had brought a blanket and pillows with us that we used to sleep on. We packed up in the morning and were ready to leave as we were on our way out wanted to grab at little breakfast but arrive at 9:37am and was told they stop breakfast at 9:30… so we continued on our way out. I did not take pictures because the appearance was not bad just the smell.

Lovely hotel on Pacific Coast Highway 1 with free breakfast

Clean and reasonably priced though it would have been nice if the staff had warned us of the tsunami warning that was scheduled for the morning were there.

Clean motel with easy access to everything in HMB.

There was a big cockroach running around in the bath room (bathtub)

Smelled like a mens locker room.....not a dog room either. We were tired. Got in late and just wanted to sleep
