Changed 4 different rooms bc one room door didn’t open. Not even with master key. Other 2 rooms on first floor toilets were leaking. Finally moved to second floor. And spend the night there. Never again that’s for sure!.

The TV didn’t work, so I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. They eventually switched the room, which was better. This hotel needs a real makeover. Towel bars coming out of the wall, chipped paint on doors and woodwork, old furniture. I have stayed in Quality Inns before, and they're normally much nicer than this one was

Rooms were ok.. by the time I actually got into one first there was no remote for the tv had to walk back to the front desk as the room was all the way in the back when I got the remote finally and got back the TV would not turn on lol so I went back to the front desk and got a new room when I got to the new the keys didn't work so had to go back to the front again I was told room 237 at first then 235 when. I got back again the keys still didn't work on 235 so I checked 237 and it worked after a hour finally got into a room and the TV workked lol
