Liked the breakfast and acomendations.

Very convenient location No one bothers you or minds your business.

This was not the greatest stay I’ve experienced here. The swimming pool was out of order, there was no continental breakfast offered, we had no wash cloths in our room, and the key card didn’t work the first time. Otherwise, the room was generally clean and comfortable. Not too sure what went wrong this time, but overall it was a decent stay.

Just not a good hotel

The room furniture was disgustingly stained. The paint job was terrible. Stains and scuff marks all over the doors in the room. Bathroom sink faucet was just for decoration because that did not work. If we didn’t arrive so late I would’ve left but because it was World Cup weekend everything else was booked.

Book anywhere else. It’s absolutely disgusting. The rooms are a mess, the paintings are drooping from the walls. The bathrooms are disgusting. I tried to take a shower I physically couldn’t. I got over the stained towels, but the hair? Absolutely gagged me. The towels are covered in hairs, all kinds short, long, curly. Not the kind of hair that can be dusted off the towels. Finally when I went to bed I got under the covers and as I’m laying down adjusting my position I felt a very very long hair wrap around my foot and toes and I couldn’t believe it. It was in the sheets. I was appalled.

They need to open the pool been closed for to long and they got on the website that the pool is open and it’s not

When I got to my room, I don’t have a microwave when in fact it says on the ad that the room comes with microwave and fridge and coffee maker. I even specifically requested for it when I made the reservation. Card key keeps on not working to the point I had to keep on going back and forth to the hotel lobby desk to have it reactivated and there are no room phones in the hotel which is so annoying. I also asked the evening lobby desk staff for a housekeeping service the following day but when I got back from work that evening, my room has never been cleaned, serviced and made up at all. Good thing the night lobby hotel desk staff that night was so helpful in trying to make it up by having my room serviced that night even no housekeeping is available anymore that night.
