Well kept,far enough off the road so that it's quiet,nice pool and workout room. Simple breakfast to get the day started.

You get what you pay for. Hotel/hallway/room smelled like wet dog and room was incredibly hot when we arrived. Found a small bug in bathroom that definitely looked like a cockroach that ran into the bathroom light on the wall. Breakfast was awful. Slices of bread, biscuits and gravy in a crock pot from home, waffles. That's it. Coffee barely had flavor. Too afraid to use pool. We will not be bringing out luggage into our house now until we have sprayed it. Only stay here if you are on a very tight budget and cannot afford to stay elsewhere. We will never stay in a Quality Inn again.

The upstairs AC units in the room and hallways were turned off during a heat wave. Took 2 days to cool the room down and the hallway never cooled down. Shower faucet was dripping constantly, toilet was constantly running and refilling, and the desk chair was broken.

The property is conveniently located and it is taken care of. While the bathroom was clean, there were no glasses, plastic or otherwise, and no bar soap. The only thing there was a packet of makeup remover. When the front desk was advised, they did give us a bar of soap. Having stayed there before we expected breakfast to be good. However, this time there were changes. There were no eggs. There was no longer any waffles. There was only 1 fruit. There was a new coffee dispenser that was only okay. And there was a poor selection of breakfast breads. Another guest came in while we were there. He looked around and said he would just go out for breakfast.

Very quiet property. The room and bathroom were very clean and the front desk was very hospitable.

Never again. Minimally maintained, smelled musty, towels yellowed and thin. Went to take a shower after a long day of driving to find no soap ANYWHERE in the room. Husband walked down to the desk. Young man shrugged stating he believed they were out of soap and manager out of town - but “he would look…” After waiting for 15 minutes and no response tried to call desk but no answer. Walked down to desk and told “sorry we are Out of soap.” (!!) Used shampoo on my body from the broken bottle hanging off the bracket on the shower wall. Next morning ran into a woman cleaning rooms whom we mentioned the soap situation to and she said she would “look for the manager to speak with us.” Nothing. Tried the breakfast but ended up just skipping as it was barely edible - got breakfast at Buc-cees at next exit. Even on the way out when we thought we’d finally found a more professional older lady at the desk and mentioned the no-soap - she only shrugged stating they have been out for a few days and should get some in next week. What!? How can you run a hotel with no soap!? Walk over to the grocery store and buy some! Do not waste your money on this place. There is another hotel up the street we’ve stayed twice in the past that it so much nicer but only a little more money - worth it. Go to Comfort Inn Berea instead. 👍

It was a clean hotel, definitely new owners since we stayed last time. There was a strong moldy smell in room, we bought an air freshener and still could smell it, strange smell throughout hotel. Breakfast stunk, basically waffles, cereal , some sausage gravy and bread. I’m diabetic so even boiled eggs would have been nice. The owners were friendly

Staff was friendly and rooms were very clean. Would stay here again

We requested a quiet room. We got it and we were pleased. The bed was comfortable and clean. Breakfast was decent. Staff was pleasant and accomodating. We enjoyed our stay here.
