Nice clean hotel close to everything and everyone I come to see
I stay at this hotel whenever I come to Ohio. It serves my needs well. Even though it is very old they keep it neat and clean. It doesn't have a pool so if that's what you want sorry. But I come there to visit relatives so don't have time for that. The staff is always there to help if you need anything. This will be where I stay every time I come to Fairborn as long as they have a room available.

Lower price makes this stay a good deal. Room was clean. Bathroom was clean. Window was old, had a wood pole to keep it closed. We had to open the window when we first arrived because of the strong smell of air fresheners. The was no screen on our ground level room and it was a little uncomfortable having people walk by. We opted out of the breakfast.

When I first got there, the room that they had me in door wouldn’t lock. You could literally push it back open from the outside. Instead of instantly giving me another room, she just had to go investigate… she did some pushing pulling and leaning and the door finally closed… she’s like there… it locked. I told her I wouldn’t feel secure with my kids in that room, but she insisted that it was fine so I told her I didn’t feel safe with my kids there. She moved me to a different room, the flooring in both rooms is messed up . Also, the tub looked as if it never gets cleaned so I decided to find a different hotel and left within 30 minutes of being there.
