Pool was not available, sauna was not available, fitness room was not available, hot tub is not available, when I asked about breakfast the hostess at front desk just walked away from me. So I checked out and went somewhere else. If I could give this place zero stars I would! Two big thumbs down

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There weren't enough eggs or sausage put out for breakfast, so we chose to go elsewhere. The property is dated, but it looks like they are making improvements.
I would stay again if I'm in town.

The continental breakfast offered well before the closing time was mostly gone. Otherwise the night desk clerk was very friendly and helpful and the room was fine

If i could give 0 stars i would, the fire alarm went off every time you turned the light switch on and our friends in another rooms tv did not work. Pool and hot tub closed under construction. Hotel smelled and was unclean, there were only 2 oyher guests besides us and they went to complainright after arriving as well and got no help. Asked the front desk about their refund policy and she refused to tell us or help in any way. Ended up leaving within 10 minutes and gping to a different hotel. Went to the holiday inn across the street and they said they get multiple custkmers a day that come because they refuse to stay here. Want a refund but noone seems to care to help. DO NOT COME

Didn't have our room ready for check in. Had to leave and come back. Pool was also closed which wasn't told at the time of booking.

There was not much offered for breakfast other than wonderbread, cereal and waffles
Room wasn’t complete upon arrival, had to go to front desk for pillow cases
No one at front desk for check out for quite a long time we left eventually
