It was ok, kinda run down. Reeked of marijuana everywhere. Breakfast was good, what hadn’t run out.

The fire alarm went off while we were asleep, i called the front desk got no answer. If it weren't for the neighbor yelling fire qe We wouldn't have known it was real. Requested a wake up call, it never rang. There were messages on the phone so the light was blinking but even after i deleted the measages the light never stopped.

Staff was kind enough to switch my room after the the first one smelled like cigarettes. Room looked clean and beds were comfortableđź‘Ť Bartender Cherie in the lobby bar was friendly and the cheese curds were pretty good.

Not what I expected from a Hotel of this caliber

The rooms and lobby were adequately clean, everything else was dirty. This hotel has a lot of wear with many of the repairs were done poorly. The staff were nice and the check-in was done professionally. But the true is that this hotel needs major work and the low price does not completely account for that.

Front desk staff were on point! Friendly, helpful and all around pleasant. Bathroom was small but the room was ok. The mini fridge was extremely convenient and the AC works almost to well.

Overall, I had a great stay. The bathrooms definitely need upgrades though.

I was very specific about needing a handicapped room, with a walk-in shower and two beds. When we arrived, it was late, we were put in a tub room, the bars for assisting oneself off the toilet were behind you in the wall ? Seriously ? Snd the TUB paint was peeling off. This hotel is under a renewal, Refresh, but it was probably the worst day of my life. I contacted the front desk, she moved us into a room that had two beds and a step in shower. There was no shower wand to assist with the bathing. They managed to get me a shower chair, that was so kitty Wompus that my mother was afraid to use it. I had to hold it so words if you need a handicap room and a nice hotel don’t book here. !!!
