The experience was a little rough.
The employees that we met were very nice. But the room was a little run down and there was a lot of noisy activity outside our door.

Pulled there, got key to the room, it was clean , but the parking lot had multiple disabled cars one was missing 2 tires and sitting on rocks the second a couple of spots away with broken windows, went to the office they gave me a dude room in a different area( by Best Buy ) same story, clean room but outside was were many suspicious people with dogs, smoking drinking, didn’t feel safe to leave my car overnight, went to a different hotel.

Police doing a drug bust in parking lot when we arrived. Front desk lady was smoking pot at check in. When we got to our room, the door didn’t fit in the frame and wouldn’t shut. There was pubic hairs on the bed and the room was filthy. We asked for money back or different room, they wouldn’t do either. We left.

The biggest issue was with Hotels.com. I had selected the "Shuttle to airport" button on a couple of places, yet they gave me this hotel with no shuttle.
