Nice hotel for the price. The registration process was easy. The front desk staff were polite. The room was nice. A/C works well. The breakfast was good. Request first floor, if you have heavy bags, because there is no elevator.

Staff was very nice.
Room was clean, bed was very comfortable. But most of all, room was warm. I was driving from Oregon in cold winter day and walk in the cozy hot room, was the BEST for me.
Also enjoyed hot breakfast in the morning.

The night manager was very nice and efficient.
The room was clean. Tile was coming off the shower surround. the silicone was in poor repair around the sink. Things were old and in need of restoration.

No attention given to the filthy edges and corners of the room for quite a long time. The shower curtain needed clean and disinfecting. Convenient, quiet, place to stay in an unfortunately rundown part of town. Pleasant staff.
