All of the staff I interacted with were very nice. The room was ok. The air conditioner was shut off when we got to our room and it took it a long time to cool off the room. There were stains on the ceiling and the curtains were tattered and needed to be replaced. The kitchen must be below the elevator or very near because it smelled liked tacos.

The breakfast was pitiful and not what was advertised. The bathroom ceiling had spots of throughout. Lamps and picture frames were broken. Dead bugs were scattered around the perimeter of the room. Spider webs covered the corners of the room.

Bathroom was not cleaned at all. Toothpaste residue on the counter, hair all over the toilet, shower, and floor. Toilet leaked all over the floor when flushed. The entire placed reaked of cigarettes and pot. Could only use the microwave if you unplugged the tv or fridge. There were boards and tools all around the pool and plaster falling from the ceiling into it while people were swimming. The breakfast was pathetic. 2 yogurts, a little bit of cereal, the juice machine was out of order all weekend and there was no creamer for coffee. None of the ice machines were plugged in. Definitely the worst hotel we have stayed at.

Beds were uncomfortable. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but the fact that i needed to ask for so many different things was a problem. We went swimming twice and both times had to ask for towels. Both times it took a while to get them the second i actually had to ask again.
The breakfast was really limited waffles, peach yogurt and toasted bread. I had to ask for jelly which was out. The orange juice and apple juice were very watery.
I did really feel like the people were trying but they just did not seem to be able to keep up.

Room was hit no air in and when turned it on it takes too long to cool off. The breakfast was not good at all. We passed on it. Friendly people.
