The fire alarm was removed from the room. The carpeting was so filthy it turned the underside of my socks brown. On check-in, i was charged for the entire stay and presented with a lengthy disclaimer, prefilled with my initials, including a statement that there would be no refunds.

There was no luggage cart. None of the staff were very friendly except the house keeper. The carpet seemed dirty & no way would we walk on it without shoes. There were no tissues. Water leaked from under the bathtub all over the bathroom floor. I would never stay here again and would probably not stay at another Quality Inn unless it was recently remodeled.

Disgusting, found the room dirty with bars of soap, with hair on them in the shower. In terrible condition, with paint peeling off the wall, and damage everywhere.
