Jacksonville Poor
First they didn't gave me the room I booked, person at front desk rude.the carpet had stains, the pool was cold and the front desk did want to give out extra towels. It was the porch excuse for a breakfast. No meat juice was out no eggs biscuit and gravy was only hot choice not pancake mix, no fresh fruit. I wont ever book there again.

Under staffed. One person worked the desk, did check in, laundry of towels, breakfast prepped and maintained through the three hours all while answering the phone (which) sometimes they didn't). The one person staff had less than a friendly disposition. Old hotel. Cleanliness two out of five.

First thing we saw a bug run across the floor. Told them when we were leaving the next day and was told they just had someone there to spray a week before.
