The breakfast is so good they need to have a walk in shower but it’s ok

I think it is because the city fallbrook is small and in the middle of LA and San Diego, there are not many people will stay in this location. The amount of guests is not many. But I do appreciate they provide a hotel here. The hotel condition is not very good; but I can feel they are trying to make it better for guests. They also provide free parking and breakfast. If you do need to find a hotel in this area, it is an option for you.

Is nice property and the staff is friendly

It was very inexpensive to stay but the room was in very poor condition. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean and that was it. Broken fridge and lamps. Shower had an odd slimy film. Shower curtain had something smeared on it. visibly dirty pretty much everywhere you looked. Room had a very unpleasant odor.

Room was spare but nice with an excellent fridge with extra freezer space which I found helpful. Staff reported being too busy most days to clean my room, change my garbage, or replace my towels and I had to reuse items, which I didn’t like. Close to decent restaurant and grocery.

When we arrived to check in, we were told our room was not ready so we had to stay in a temporary room just for the first night until the next day. This was not a big deal at all, we had no problem with that. However, the front desk opened the room for us and did not provide us with a key (so if we left we would have to find someone to open the room for us every time). Once we got to the room we noticed that it has not been cleaned or renovated in quite some time. there were giant hole patches on the walls (which were not even painted over), the bathroom door has clearly been kicked in because it was missing a whole chunk of wood near the lock, and the more we looked around the more we noticed... along with what looked like blood stain on the ceiling. Jokingly, we called it the murder room. The next morning we had to wait till noon for our actual room to be ready, which does not make sense since there were a total of maybe 5 people staying in the whole hotel. We did not see anyone else there the whole time. Fast forward, we finally get moved to another room. This one looked a little cleaner, but had an obnoxious overpowering smell of cleaning product. Every time we asked if we could maybe get some money back for at least the first night, we were told someone will talk to the manager. The next TWO days we did not have POWER or RUNNING WATER! And also had the manager and front desk get into a screaming match, cursing and getting physical with each other.

I don’t even know where to start… DO NOT STAY HERE and now I will list the myriad of reasons why: bugs, floor hasn’t been cleaned in years (literally grosser than some public restroom floors), no hot water, pubes in the shower, toilet was sticky, puke and blood stains on mattress, key cards constantly stopped working, phones were just for decoration so you couldn’t call the office, when you went to the office you’d have to yell to find someone, cigarette holes in blankets, homeless sleeping in parking lot, free breakfast was a joke, the list goes on. This place needs to be shut down.

We arrived around 8:30pm, very dark entrance. We parked and went to the front desk area and nobody was there, we called out, dialed the front desk number and no answer. 15 mins later the front desk person shows up and after we informed her we had been waiting for a while she said she was at the laundry facility. We proceed to check in. We walk to our room and when we opened the door immediately noticed a bad smell. We looked at the beds and the bed sheets were stain. Then we removed the sheets which to our surprise the mattresses didn't have a cover just a sheet, one of the beds the mattress had blood stains all over, very disgusting and the other one was also stained. There was no way we could sleep on any of the beds. The floor was sticky and had confetti, like a party had taking place at that room and they didn't care to clean it. The worst experienced we've had at a hotel. We have stayed at other Quality Inns and never had have such that bad experience.

Our toilet is over flowing and the front desk still hasnt came. Its been about 20 minutes now. Also the room has a joined room door that I could clearly hear the next door neighbors baby crying. Its not tje babies fault, I juat feel we shouldnt be able to hear one another.
